I guess if you're not his mommy or daddy, Will's joke may be a little difficult to understand! So after some questioning, here's the context of the joke (which I think came from Mickey Mouse's Choo Choo Express):
"I don't think hot dogs make any sound. What do you do after you eat a hot dog? I think you 'choo choo' it!" Get it?! Remember, it is a 2 1/2 year old's joke!! :) I'll pay more attention to that particular episode next time we have it on to see if I can pick up the entire joke.
